Miss Kitchenista - Sweet Italian Biscuits & Gravy

Ingredients

1 pound of Italian Sausage, (use pork, turkey, or even chicken),
2 tablespoons of flour
1 can of flaky biscuits**

Preparation

De-case your sausage. Cut diagonally down the middle, and peel away outer casing.

Fry up your sausage, break it up, get it nice and brown. (Drain sausage if too greasy)

Add flour and mix wit sausage. Stir around and let it cook for a while. You don’t want to have that flour taste.

Add milk slowly. Now how much milk is up to you, depending on consistency. if you like it super thick add little milk, A little thinner more milk. Just eyeball it. If you added too much flour, just add milk. Too much milk add flour.

Put sausage and gravy on low, and put in the biscuits. Bake biscuits according to the package.

I can’t stress enough the point of flaky biscuits. I’ve tried the others and it wasn’t as good. I recommend flaky. *thumbs up*

Take out biscuits, assemble in a bowl. EAT EAT EAT!
