Recipe: Grilled Fruit Skewers edit

bamboo skewers, soaked in water |

pineapple, cut into small wedges |

banana, cut into large coins |

Step 2 |
Place alternate slices of each fruit on the skewers. Brush the grill with oil and cook the fruit skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve. |

Other foods for the barbecue:Grill fresh slices of pineapple, finger bananas (then slice them open a place a dab of butter and a sprinkle of brown sugar inside). |

Brush with oil slices of zuchini, eggplant, fennel, onions, peppers - whatever you like. Also, corn in the husk - place on grill and sear the husk then place on top rack and cook for 20 - 30 minutes. |
