Ingredients

1 loaf French or Italian bread
1/4 pound soft butter
2 cloves garlic, pressed or cut up finely

Preparation

Cut slices in bread, but not all the way through.

Mix garlic and butter. Spread between slices of bread.

Wrap in foil. Bake until bread is warm and butter has melted through bread.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
