Whipped Toppings

Ingredients

1 cup evaporated skim milk
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Preparation

Chill skim milk in a metal bowl in freezer until ice crystals begin to form.

Whip milk with lemon juice at high speed until tripled in volume.

Makes 11/4 cups. Serving size 2 tablespoons.
