Ingredients
1 cup fresh
crabmeat
3 tablespoons cooking
oil
2 tablespoons
scallions
, minced
Salt
pepper
1/2 cup
celery
, chopped finely
4
eggs
, well beaten
Preparation
1
Heat
oil in heavy
fry
pan.
Mix
beaten eggs into rest of ingredients and pour into pan. Cook over low
heat
until done (pancake is set).
Cut
into 4 pieces and
turn
each carefully.
Serve
hot.
