Step 1 |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |
Step 2 |
Mix sugar, butter and coffee together in a small saucepan; boil for 5 minutes. |
Step 3 |
Slice the sweet potatoes into medallions and arrange in a shallow baking dish. |
Step 4 |
Pour the syrup over the sliced potatoes; bake for 45 minutes, basting occasionally |
