Pickled Green Bananas

Ingredients

Salt and white pepper to taste
Finely chipped Red Pepper
Finely chopped Onion
Shredded Cucumber

Preparation

Peel green bananas and boil in lightly salted water until tender

Drain, dice and place bananas in a bowl

Make a pickle of the remaining ingredients
4
Pour over diced bananas and mix well
5
Garnish with lots of parsley

About

When boiling green bananas, don't let them overcook or become mushy.
