tablespoons Vegetable oil

2 1/2 cm pie peeled root ginger, cut into julienne

Heads pak choi, halved lengthways

ml Thai oyster sauce or use watered-down chinese oyster sauce

Step 1

1 Steam pak choi for 5-8 minutes until just tender. Heat a wok, add the oil and ginger and stir fry for a minute. Add the pak choi and cook for 30 seconds. Pour on the oyster sauce and toss together.
