Step 1 |
Rough chop tomatoes. Add reserved oil to sautee pan, sautee tomatoes, endive, salt and pepper to taste on medium heat until endive carmelizes, about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cooked pasta to pan, toss well and serve. |
