A delicious recipe that combines cut up chicken with the stuffing in a roasting pan.

cup butter |

cup chopped celery |
⅓ |
cup chopped onion |

eggs, beaten |

cup butter, melted |

teaspoon parsley flakes |
Salt to taste |

Combine bread crumbs and all other ingredients except chicken. Mix well and add chicken broth until mixture is very moist. |

Cover with bread mixture. Roast at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. |
