A delicious recipe that combines cut up chicken with the stuffing in a roasting pan.

qt. cut-up chicken

¼

teaspoon celery salt

¼

teaspoon garlic powder

¼

teaspoon paprika

¼

teaspoon pepper

1

teaspoon poultry seasoning

Chicken broth

2

qt. bread crumbs

cup butter

1

cup chopped celery

cup chopped onion

2

eggs, beaten

cup butter, melted

1

teaspoon parsley flakes

Salt to taste

Step 1

Brown bread crumbs in 1/3 cup butter, stirring constantly.

Step 2

Combine bread crumbs and all other ingredients except chicken. Mix well and add chicken broth until mixture is very moist.

Step 3

Put chicken meat in bottom of large roasting dish.

Step 4

Cover with bread mixture. Roast at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

    There are apricots in the photo of the chicken, but not in the recipe?? What's up????
