Spicy Basil Chicken (Gka-Prow Gai)
Ingredients
500 grams chicken thigh fillets, cut into strips
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 bird’s eye chilli, finely sliced
1 Carrot cut into strips/diagonally sliced
1 Handful Basil leaves finely sliced
1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
Lots of freshly ground black peppper

Add chicken and black pepper, saute further until chicken is 3/4 cooked.

Stir in fish sauce & kecap manis to the chicken mixture.
