Rashers of bacon, chopped coarsely

grams Frozen or fresh peas, (10 ½oz)

tablespoons Low fat spread

Step 1

Fry the bacon until crisp. Add half the low fat spread in a large saucepan. Add the peas and the rest of the low fat spread. Add 3 tbsp of cold water and stir together thoroughly. Cover and simmer very gently until tender.
