Figs & Pecorino Cheese (Fichi & Formaggio)
The 1st figs of the season are here, so we're serving them simply with semi-aged Pecorino (sheeps milk cheese) and a drizzle of honey from our neighbor. That's all there is to it!
(Makes a beautiful antipasti or dessert.)
