Banana Cake - Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients

1 yellow or white cake mix
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 bananas, mashed (or 3 sm.)
1 (6 oz.) cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 stick butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon cream or milk

Preparation

Mix all together and bake as directed.

Beat softened cream cheese, butter and vanilla until well blended. Add some powdered sugar until proper consistency. Extra icing may be frozen.
