Pineapple Orange Sorbet

Ingredients

3 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon peel dried
6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

Preparation

Combine water, sugar, and grated lemon peel in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil; remove from heat, and let cool to room temperature.

Combine orange juice concentrate and pineapple juice with cooled sugar water mixture. Transfer to ice cream machine and process according to manufacturer's directions.
