Rob Roy Cocktail

Very similar to a Manhattan, the main difference being that it's made with scotch rather than bourbon. Named for the famous Scottish rebel Rob Roy.

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces Scotch Whiskey
3/4 ounce Sweet vermouth
2 dashes bitters
1 Maraschino Cherry

Preparation

Pour liquid ingredients over ice in a cocktail glass

Stir and strain into a martini glass

Garnish with cherry
