c. cornstarch

tsp. cinnamon

tsp. nutmeg

tsp. salt

c. water

tbsp. lemon juice

Step 1

Mix with 10 cups water and cook until thick on medium heat. Add 3 tablespoons lemon juice. Fill jars with prepared apples and pour mixture over. Hot water bath for 20 minutes.
