Farfalle with fresh tomatoes, basil and mozzarella
Fresh tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella that is all it took for tonight’s dinner. We have not had pasta in a while and we were in the mood for a new way to enjoy a great bowl tonight.
I wanted to have the raw tomatoes but knew I could not get away with it. I seared them with a bit of olive oil and added the basil leaves last.
The fresh mozzarella give a refreshing twist to the pasta. No meat just plain vanilla ice cream with sugar strawberries to end another great summer day.
