16 ounces PORK BULK SAUSAGE

SHAPE SAUSAGE INTO 8 PATTIES ABOUT 3/4 INCH THICK. PLACE ON RACK IN BROILER PAN. BAKE AT 375 DEG. F. FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES. DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS.

NOTE:TO MAKE AHEAD, PREPARE AS DIRECTED, THEN LET COOL COMPLETELY. WRAP IN ALUMINUM FOIL; REFRIGERATE. TO SERVE, LET STAND AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 1 HOUR. BAKE AT 350 DEG. F. FOR 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL HEATED THOROUGHLY.
