About

I'm sharing a very simple dish using 4 main ingredients ~ tofu, minced pork, century egg and salted egg. These are very cheap ingredients and the eggs are usually used for congee and also it's my favourite. But if you have guests at home and do not want to spend too much of your time in the kitchen, you can try this dish.
