Guiltless Pumpkin Custard

Ingredients

2 box instant fat free white chocolate pudding
4 cups Skim milk
1 can (29 oz) of pumpkin
1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
Fat free Cool Whip

Preparation

Mix the pudding and the mil together as instructed on the box. Allow to set up for 5 minutes.

Mix together the pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Then fold in (don't beat) with the pudding mixture.

Layer on the crumbs and top with Cool Whip.
