Lo Mein

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 bunch green onions, cut ½ inch long
1/2 head green cabbage
3 grated carrots
1 sm. can mushrooms, sliced
4 eggs, stir, fry and chop
1 pound extra thin spaghetti, boiled and drained
4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation

In large fry pan, use 4 tablespoons vegetable oil, stir beef, cabbage together. Then add carrots, mushrooms, onions, and eggs. Stir again until done. Then mix together with spaghetti and add soy sauce for taste.
