tablespoons lime juice |

center cut pork chops, cut about ¾ inch thick |

Step 1 |
Set crumbs aside; beat egg, seasonings, milk, and lime juice together in shallow bowl. Dip pork chops in egg mixture, then in crumbs. Place on greased or foil lined baking pan. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until done. |
