cup sugar

teaspoon ginger

¼

cup brown sugar (packed)

½

teaspoon ground cloves

cup molasses

teaspoons lemon zest

1

Egg beaters(r) 99% egg substitute

2 ½

cups flour

1 ½

teaspoons baking soda

1

cup nonfat sour cream

1

teaspoon cinnamon

powdered sugar

edit Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugars, molasses, egg sub, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and zest. Beat at medium speed. Add flour & sour cream, continue beating well.

Step 2

Spoon batter into mini-muffin pans, Bake at 375degrees for 12-13minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
