Egg beaters(r) 99% egg substitute |
2 ½ |
cups flour |
1 ½ |
teaspoons baking soda |

cup nonfat sour cream |

teaspoon cinnamon |

Step 1 |
Combine sugars, molasses, egg sub, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and zest. Beat at medium speed. Add flour & sour cream, continue beating well. |
Step 2 |
Spoon batter into mini-muffin pans, Bake at 375degrees for 12-13minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar |
