Hash Browns Casserole

Ingredients

1 bag 2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 piece onion, chopped
1 pack 8 oz. container sour cream
1 stick butter
2 packs Ritz cracker crumbs
2 sticks butter, melted

Preparation

Line casserole dish with hash browns, pour soup mixture over hash browns.

Top with cracker crumbs mixture.

Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.

Hint: Lightly oil your casserole dish or spray with Pam to prevent sticking.
