cup dijon mustard |

slices ham |

slices Swiss cheese |

tomatoes, seeded, diced |

cups alfalfa sprouts |

Step 1 |
Place the tortillas on a work surface. Divide ingredients between the 6 tortillas. Spread a thin layer of mustard onto tortillas. |
Step 2 |
Place the turkey, ham, and cheese on top along with tomatoes, avocado and alfalfa sprouts. Bring the sides of the wrap in and then roll up to from an envelope. |
Step 3 |
Wrap each in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. |
Step 4 |
Add fresh basil, lettuce or other lunch meat in place of the turkey or ham.
