[edit] Ingredients

tortillas - (6 1/2" diameter)

¼

cup dijon mustard

6

lettuce leaves

6

slices turkey

6

slices ham

6

slices Swiss cheese

2

tomatoes, seeded, diced

1 ½

cups alfalfa sprouts

1

avocado, sliced

[edit] Preparation

Step 1

Place the tortillas on a work surface. Divide ingredients between the 6 tortillas. Spread a thin layer of mustard onto tortillas.

Step 2

Place the turkey, ham, and cheese on top along with tomatoes, avocado and alfalfa sprouts. Bring the sides of the wrap in and then roll up to from an envelope.

Step 3

Wrap each in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 4

Slice the wraps in half and stand on their ends to serve.

Add fresh basil, lettuce or other lunch meat in place of the turkey or ham.
