can pineapple juice - (46 oz)

2

cups sugar - (to 3)

2

ounces pkt unsweetened lemonade drink mix (2.3 ea)

3

quarts water

1

can frozen orange juice concentrate - (12 oz) thawed

cup lemon juice

1

quart ginger ale chilled

edit Preparation

Step 1

Stir together first 3 ingredients in a large container until sugar dissolves. Stir in 3 quarts water, orange juice concentrate, and lemon juice; chill 4 hours. Stir in ginger ale just before serving.

Step 2

This recipe yields about 1 1/2 gallons.

Step 3

Comments: To make an ice ring, reserve 4 cups punch before chilling. Arrange assorted fruit in bottom of a 6-cup ring mold. Pour punch into mold, and freeze 8 hours.

Step 4

Yield: 1 1/2 gallons
