grams unsalted butter melted

1

clv garlic crushed with a little salt

1

tablespoon liquid honey

1

teaspoon chilli powder

1

teaspoon ground cumin

1

teaspoon ground coriander

1

teaspoon ground black pepper

4

corn cobs husks removed (frozen if required)

Step 1

Combine the butter garlic honey and spices and cook over a gentle heat.

Step 2

Brush corn with the flavoured butter and cook on the barbecue or under the grill turning regularly until golden.

Step 3

Baste continually during the cooking process.
