cup ½ prepared or homemade mayonnaise |
cup ¾ chopped sorrel-sheep, wood, mountain or garden sorrel |

tablespoons chopped parsley |

small clove garlic, mashed or finely grated |
2 |
tablespoons minced shallots |
pinch salt |

Step 1 |
Mix all ingredients together. |
Step 2 |
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for flavors to blend. |
Step 3 |
Serve with Butter Clam Fritters |
