Light Whole Wheat Bread Machine Made
Ingredients
10 gms Active Dry Yeast (1 ½ tsp)
486 gms Whole-Wheat Flour (1 C)
18 gm s Salt (1 tsp)
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil (1 T), *NOTE
3/22 tablespoon /brown sugar Honey (2 T)
294 gms Water (¾ C + 1 T)
14 gms cornflour
schedule French bread, 3hr 50 mins. 2 risings
Preparation

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and start.
my machine is so old, it tends to leak where the paddle exits the base. Solution- add some of the flour first, then continue as per machine. I no longer remove the paddle from the machine!
Honey- have not tried for a few years, will do so some time.

Note: I used 2 tsp Wonderslim to replace the vegetable oil.
What on earth is wonderslim? I use canola oil, accessible everywhere.

The (...) are measurements for a small 1 lb loaf.
My measurements make an approx. 800+ gm loaf

Loaf comes out with rounded top, not yet light enough.

About
Wholewheat recipes should be just that- no white flour of any type.
Watched a TV bread making- oven-baked- episode, where they stated that they left the water and flour by themselves overnight to make a light loaf- worth a try.
