Colorful Rainbow Cake

Ingredients

200 gms sugar
200 gms flour
100 ml.s vegetable oil
80 gms water
1 package yeast
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Fit with 60 g white sugar and egg yolks with remaining sugar.

To the yolks add the other ingredients and beat them with whips.

Combine the egg yolks, stirring gently from bottom mounted upward.

Divide the mixture into 6 small bowls and colored with the colors you want.

Grease a springform pan, and pour in the center, a tablespoon at a time, the first color.

Preheat the oven.

Bake at 175°C degrees in convection oven for 40 minutes and do the toothpick test to verify proper cooking.
