Ginger Shake

Ingredients

6 pieces stem ginger, in syrup
3 scoops nonfat ice cream
cup skim milk or to taste
sugar to taste
1 small scoops ice cream for garnish
chopped ginger for garnish

Preparation

Place he ginger, ice cream,milk and 6 tablespoons ginger syrup in a blender and puree to a froth. Taste and add extra milk and sugar if desired. Serve, decorated with another small scoop of ice cream or extra ginger.

NOTES : This shake is heavenly, especially for ginger fans.
