How To Make Cheese Coriander Paratha

Ingredients

1 cup Grated cheese:
1/2 cup Chopped coriander:
Salt to taste
Milk for making dough
3 crushed green chillies:
2 Chat masalo: tea spoon
Butter or ghee: For frying parathas

Preparation

Mix wheat flour,salt and freshly chopped coriander leaves in a bowl, make smooth dough by milk. Cover with wet cloth and keep a side.

Mix cheese, green chillies and chat masalo in another bowl.

Make a roti from dough and spread cheese mixture over it. Cover it with another roti.

Repeat the process for rest.

Fry parathas in ghee or butter in a tavi.

Serve hot and yummy cheese coriander paratha with coriander chutney or tomato sauce.

You can use ½ cup grated cheese and ½ cup grated cottage cheese also.

Generally children don’t like to have parathas. So here it’s a new recipe for delicious, cheese parathas. It contains coriander also so full of fun, calcium and proteins.
