Ingredients
3 cups Loganberries
1
Lemon
2 tablespoons
Sugar
2 tablespoons
Flour
1/2 teaspoon
Butter
Cake crumbs
Preparation
1
1. Add the loganberries and the
juice
of the lemon to a pot with 1 cup of water. Cook thoroughly, sugaring to
taste
.

2. When cold put into a pie
dish
and sprinkle with sugar and flour and add the butter.

3. Cover with the
crushed
biscuits
and cook in a moderate to hot oven for 30 minutes.
