Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

1 box cake mix - any flavor
1 large egg
1 medium Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Mix these three ingredients together. Shape into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake 12 minutes. Do not bake any longer than 12 minutes.

May add: Nuts, chocolate, coconut, and lemon. Top with cherries, nuts, and candy. I spray my cookie sheet with Pam. Makes 3 dozen.
