[edit] Ingredients

200

grams Chicken

3

Cloves

1

teaspoon Cumin seeds

3

Red chillies

3

Peppercorns

100

ml Dessicated cocunut or coconut milk

a few

Curry leaves

1

teaspoon Garlic paste

2

large Onions, chopped

2

Tomatoes

2

tablespoons Olive oil

salt to taste

[edit] Preparation

Step 1

Dry roast cumin, cloves, red chillies, peppercorns, and dessicated coconut (unless you’d rather use coconut milk, in which case skip the dessicated coconut for now).

Step 2

Grind the above with a tsp of oil and keep this ’masala’ aside.

Step 3

Heat oil, add curry leaves followed by the onions and garlic. When brown, add the chicken . Fry for 3 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and masala and mix well. Add 100 ml of coconut milk (if using in place of the dessicated coconut) and allow to cook for ten minutes.

Step 4

When cooked, garnish with coriander and serve. Tastes awesome with rice or naan.
