teaspoon Cumin seeds |

ml Dessicated cocunut or coconut milk |

teaspoon Garlic paste |

large Onions, chopped |

tablespoons Olive oil |
salt to taste |

Step 1 |
Dry roast cumin, cloves, red chillies, peppercorns, and dessicated coconut (unless you’d rather use coconut milk, in which case skip the dessicated coconut for now). |
Step 2 |
Grind the above with a tsp of oil and keep this ’masala’ aside. |
Step 3 |
Heat oil, add curry leaves followed by the onions and garlic. When brown, add the chicken . Fry for 3 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and masala and mix well. Add 100 ml of coconut milk (if using in place of the dessicated coconut) and allow to cook for ten minutes. |
Step 4 |
When cooked, garnish with coriander and serve. Tastes awesome with rice or naan. |
