When I was low carbing - yeah, I did it - and frankly, it is a great way to lose a few pounds pretty quick, but for me, not good for long ...

cups Bisquick |
⅔ |
cup Milk |
½ |
cup Cheddar cheese shredded (2oz) |

tablespoon Chives |
¼ |
cup Butter melted |
1 |
Garlic clove -=OR=- minced fine |
½ |
teaspoon -garlic powder |
Step 1 |
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees |

Mix baking mix, milk, chives and cheese until a soft dough forms- beat vigorously 30 seconds. |
Step 4 |
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. |
Step 5 |
Brush garlic/butter mix over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. |
Step 6 |
