Step 1 |
Beat together the butter, sugar, egg substitute, baking powder, and soda until well-blended. Add oatmeal and flour. Add fruit or raisins and nuts. Shape dough into 2 long rolls. Wrap in waxed paper. Chill overnight. Slice 1/4 inch thick and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 12-14 minutes. |
