Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds Yellow watermelon seeded, and cut into chunks
6 ounces Aged blue Agave tequila
6 Ice cubes crushed
1 cup Water or to taste
6 sprg Fresh mint for garnish
6 smalls Red watermelon spears for garnish

Preparation

In a blender, combine watermelon chunks, tequila, ice, and water. Blend until smooth and immediately pour into chilled stem glasses. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint and a red watermelon spear.
