Mashed Potato Cakes

Ingredients

2 cups Flour, sifted
4 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Caraway seed
1/2 cup Milk

Preparation

Mix and sift dry ingredients; work in butter and add caraway seed, mashed potatoes and lastly the milk.

Roll out about as thick as biscuits and cut into squares.

Brown slowly in a little fat over slow heat. Split and spread with butter.
