Chocolate Brownie With Walnuts And Cherries

Ingredients

200 grams butter
200 grams of dark chocolate into small pieces
300 grams of granulated sugar (*)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract (*)
125 grams of flour
100 grams of dried cherries (*)
100 grams chopped walnuts

Preparation

Grease oven and covered with paper or wax paper a large rectangular cake more or less 20x30 cm and 3-4 cm deep.

Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl in a double boiler or in microwave.

Mount with an electric whisk eggs with sugar (*) of vanilla extract (*) until they become nice and fluffy, puffy, combine the chocolate and butter melted.

Finally add the flour, salt, cherries (*) and nuts.

Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 25 minutes or until the brownies begin to crack and are cooked in the center.

Let cool in the mold for about 20 minutes before cutting into squares.

Serve warm brownie or, if you can withstand cold.

(*) I made some changes from the original recipe above:
I decreased the amount of sugar from 300 grams to 250 grams of sugar by making 125 and 125 of sugar cane both;
I did not add vanilla extract;
I replaced the cherries with the cherry Fabbri.
