About
Hooray! It’s summer and I can pick fresh produce from my own garden. Kale! I spent the day pondering on what I’d like to make and decided on a turkey sausage, white beans and kale stew.
Using chicken broth from a roasted chicken earlier in the week really added depth of flavor to this stew. Creamy beans, just picked kale, sweet carrots and onion combined so well with the mild Italian turkey sausage.
