Salisbury Steak

Ingredients

1 pound Chopped Chuck
4 ounces Can of Sliced Mushrooms
Salt and Pepper20
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Flour
teaspoon Curry Powder
cup Hot Water

Preparation

Divide chopped steak into four patties. Pan-fry patties Remove patties Saute mushrooms in butter 5 minutes Remove mushrooms Blend in flour and Curry Powder Add boiled water with dissolved bouillon cubes, stirring until smooth and thick Add mushrooms to sauce Pour over cooked patties
