Bok choy

or any dark leafy
2 tablespoons
Rice vinegar
1 tablespoon Low-sodium
soy sauce
1 tablespoon Hoi sin
sauce

Clove garlic
, minced
1/2 teaspoon
Sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon
Canola oil
1/4 teaspoon
Dry mustard
Preparation

Steam
bok choy. Place in a large bowl and let
cool.
Combine remaining ingredients. Pour
dressing
over bok choy and toss to
coat
well.
Serve
at room temperature.
