Chicken-Tortilla Chip Soup

Ingredients

5 cups water
2 bouillon cubes (chicken)
2 carrots, diced
1/2 cup diced cilantro (coriander)
1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt

Preparation

Boil all of the above for 30-40 minutes. On serving, add corn chips, Monterey Jack cheese and slices of avocado.
