pound bacon, cooked crisp

teaspoons Dijon style mustard

(9") pastry shell

(10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus

1

cup Swiss cheese, cut into ¼" cubes

eggs

1

cup half

half or undiluted milk

Dash salt

pepper

1

teaspoon tarragon

savory

1

pound bacon, cooked crisp

teaspoons Dijon style mustard

(9") pastry shells

2

(10 oz.) pkgs. frozen asparagus

2

cups Swiss cheese, cut into ¼" cubes

eggs

2

cups half

half or undiluted milk

Dash salt

pepper

teaspoons tarragon

savory

edit Preparation

Step 1

Bake crust at 375 degrees for 15 minutes (not completely browned).

Step 2

Sprinkle crust with bacon and arrange cut up asparagus. Sprinkle with 1/2 Swiss cheese. Mix eggs, cream, salt, pepper, tarragon and savory and pour over mixture in shell. Top with remaining cheese and asparagus tips. Bake about 25 to 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
