Dosa Bonda

Ingredients

2 Boiled and mashed Potatoes,
1 tablespoon grated Coconut,
1 tablespoon Coriander leaves,
Few drops of Lime juice,
1/8 teaspoon Red Chilly Powder,
For the Batter.
1 cup Dosa or Idli batter
(use leftover batter, if possible),
2 pinchs Soda,
1 tablespoon cut Coriander leaves,
Oil for frying

Preparation

Take the boiled and mashed potatoes in a

Bowl and add masala, green chilly and

Coriander leaves. Give shape of balls.

Stir the batter and add salt, chilly powder,

Soda and cut chilly, also add the cut coriander leaves.

Put oil to heat, dip each ball in the batter

And fry in oil until golden color.

Serve with green chutney..
