Ingredients
4 cups
flour
1 3/4 cups
lard
or
Crisco
2 teaspoons
salt
1 tablespoon
sugar
1 beaten
egg
1 tablespoon
vinegar
1/2 cup
water
Preparation
1
Mix
flour,
lard
,
salt
and sugar together with fingers, add egg, vinegar and water.
Mix
into dough. Form into ball, put in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Roll
out for pies. Makes 3 double crust pies.
