[edit] Ingredients

pounds extra lean ground meat cooked and drained

28

ounces tomato sauce (28 to 30)

28

ounces diced tomatoes

2

cups cooked rice

2

cups green or red or yellow bell peppers chopped **

2

beef bouillon cubes

¼

cup brown sugar

2

teaspoons salt

1

teaspoon pepper

Step 1

* (I use one quart of home-canned stewed tomatoes)

Step 2

** (I use more)

Step 3

Combine all in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.

Step 4

Leftovers can be frozen.
