Ingredients
cup Olive oil
1/2 lrg Green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1/2 small Onion, minced
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
4 lrg , ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
3 tablespoons Tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon (or more, to taste) crushed red pepper
Salt to taste.
